Strengthening & Flexibility: The Cardinal Approach (Virtual)

Join Aaron Mangum, MAT, ATC, CSCS, Assistant Athletic Trainer at the University of Louisville for a class designed to improve full-body strength and flexibility. This class is appropriate for all levels and will focus on stretching and low impact, body weight specific exercises. You will find that when it comes to building a foundation that is resilient, your own body is all you really need to do so! The only prop you may need for this class is a yoga or exercise mat, but it is not a requirement.
