Being Calm in Mind and Body: MELT Location: Health & Wellness Room

This self-care program, using the MELT method, is designed to help improve mental and physical stress. The practice is a blend of mindfulness, breathwork, and self-care techniques to cultivate the body's natural healing mechanisms. We'll practice simple techniques using a small ball and foam roller to achieve and maintain a healthy, hydrated body, provide stability to the neurological system, and decrease or eliminate discomfort, pain or injury.
