Unwind and Sleep Location: Virtual

This 45-minute class will put you right to sleep - or get you ready for a later bedtime! We'll do some gentle stretches and then settle in for a relaxing 30-minute yoga nidra mediation session. Wear your PJs and turn down the lights - this class has been known to induce lots of zzz's!
