David was first introduced to Gilda’s Club Kentuckiana through his sister Kay. Kay fought ovarian cancer for three years and was one of the first members of Gilda’s Club during her cancer journey. She loved to hang out at the club, sometimes just for some solace and peace. Since Kay’s passing 12 years ago, David has been an avid supporter of Gilda’s. Since he is always seeking an adventure, Going Over the Edge seems like a natural thing to do to support this organization and continue to honor his sister.
