Over the Edge: May 13, 2023JR Reynolds

In 2020, I accidentally found out I had aggressive prostate cancer. Fast Forward after radical surgery, intense radiation, and two years of infusion. I'm still under cancer treatment and looking forward to declaring victory in 2023. Cancer and Cancer Treatment has had a profound impact on my mental and physical health but organizations such as Gilda’s and the Coplay Community has allowed me to continue to do the those I love despite the fatigue and various side effects. The Gilda's resources and support has changed my life forever as I embark upon my cancer journey. I hope you understand my major life challenge and journey and will support me in raising funds for Gilda's and allow me to go over edge on May 13th in Downtown Louisville celebrating my future win over my cancer battle. Any amount helps. I'm also a member of Kentucky African Americans Against Cancer - KAAAC and the West Gilda Club House in Louisville. As a single person with no significant other, no children and no pets, Gilda’s of Kentucky has saved my lifetime over and time over again from classes to counseling to care to courage to clarity to confidence and to total clam and all services are free due to donations from people like you. Please support me as I go over the edge and give back to the Gilda's Club of Kentucky! If there is a Gilda's Club in your community, I encourage you to visit the club house. I have learned so much and Gilda's has saved my life. I want to give back and this is the best way. Cheers! Ciao! Thank You for Your Support in the past, the present and the future.
