I am so excited to Go Over the Edge for Gilda’s Club on November 20th! I only joined Gilda’s Club associate board a few months ago, but my experience with Gilda’s goes back to when my dad was a member during his cancer journey. The memories I have with my dad at Gilda’s club is something I cherish deeply and I am honored to be a part of such a special community. No one is a stranger at Gilda's. It is a place of hope, laughter and comfort that has a way of wrapping it's arms around everyone who enters it's doors. During COVID the tireless staff of Gilda's has worked to ensure our members are continuing to receive support, despite physical distance.
Although I never particularly imagined myself repelling down an 18-story building, I have a good feeling my Dad will be cheering me on. Thank you for considering a donation towards my goal of $1,000 to support Gilda's Club Kentuckiana! Any donation is incredibly appreciated.
