Gilda's Club is a wonderful organization that provides support to cancer patients and their families. I became a member of the Gilda's Club Associate board because of my dear friend Catherine Banks who was a cancer patient and is now the chair of the Associate Board. I witnessed the amazing impact and support Gilda's Club gave her and what a great organization it is for so many!
I am fundraising to send my brother-in-law, Max Lile, over the edge! Max lost his mom to brain cancer; he experienced firsthand the impact cancer has on patients and their families. Max is ready to go over the edge in honor of his mom. If I am able to raise $1,000, which will go directly to Gilda's Club, Max will be repelling down the side of the Hyatt on Friday, November 20.
