This year I am raising money for Gilda’s Club Louisville. After losing my grandpa and aunt to cancer I realized how important this organization is. Gilda’s Club is for anyone who has been affected by cancer; a survivor, friend, child, parent, or grandchild - all are welcome! Gilda’s Club provides the necessary support, information, and understanding needed. They also provide a community unlike anything I have ever seen. Camps, group sessions, weekly meals, and organized speakers are just a few programs provided. This year I joined the Gilda’s Club Associate Board to further help an organization that I am so grateful exists.
