Getting down to the wire! In just a few more days I will find myself standing on the edge, preparing to take a giant step. I hope my nerves settle a bit and I am able to enjoy this wonderful opportunity. See you all on my way down!
Wow! This is really happening! Less than a month away from "launch". I appreciate the positive words of encouragement (and the suggestions for breakfast that morning). I constantly remind myself that what I am about to do is nowhere near as frightening as what a person feels when they are told they have cancer. I can do this, and will do this for them!
Thanks to all of you who have been so generous to ensure the primary goal was reached! I am getting more anxious by the day. Hopefully we can continue to raise more support for the people that need Gilda's Club the most.
